The food was delicious but the SERVICE was the star of our experience at Prime on Mother's Day 2026! Our waitress's name was Cat and she was SPECTACULAR! We had a large party of 13 and she managed everything with such ease, we were all astonished. Not ONE mistake made...she kept all the orders straight and made sure they were all on the correct bill. Kudos to Cat for making our Mother's Day meal an enjoyable and unforgettable experience!

The scallops and haddock were cooked perfectly. The crab cake had good flavor but got mushy sitting in the sauce with the other fish.

Freemansburg Fire Company No. 1 is a very small volunteer fire company, so not only is it important to stay within a tight budget but to also take any opportunity to show appreciation to the men and women of our company who dedicate their time keeping our community safe each year. Which is why it is so important to express our gratitude to the management and excellent staff at the Bethlehem Prime Steakhouse location. They made our whole experience from arranging our event keeping us within our budget limits to the best food and atmosphere we could have asked for.
